Rules

We hope you enjoy The Woodlands Haven. We ask that you please familiarize yourself with the following important items related to your stay with us.

1. Parking
1. Please park all vehicles in the driveway (off the street).
2. Check In / Check Out Times
1. Check in time is 4:00 PM.
2. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
3. Please contact us at hello@woodlands-haven.com for requests to adjust check in or check out times.
3. Home Security
1. You were provided a security code to unlock the front and back doors prior to your arrival. Do not share it with anyone who is not a registered guest.
2. Press the Yale logo on the front and back door locks to illuminate the keypad for entering your security code. Enter your code, then press the check mark button to unlock the door.
3. The same code works on both the front and back doors.
4. Please ensure that all exterior doors are locked when you leave the premises. Ensure the overhead garage door is closed and lock the deadbolt in the garage door from inside the house. The front and back doors can be locked from outside the house by simply pressing the Yale logo on the lock. Ensure they are fully latched closed before attempting to lock them.
4. Internet / Wi-Fi

5. Garbage / Recycle
1. Garbage and recycle are picked up on Tuesdays. If you are staying at The Woodlands Haven on a Tuesday, please …
1. Empty all household garbage containers into a large garbage bag and put the bag into the green-lid wheeled garbage bin (located in the garage).
2. Empty all household recycle bins into the yellow-lid wheeled recycle bin (located in the garage).
3. Roll the wheeled bins out to the front edge of the driveway for pickup. Place one bin on each side of the driveway. See the arrows on the bins which show the correct way for them to face the street.
4. Do not set the bins out to the street any earlier than Monday evening.
5. Please ensure the bins are returned inside the garage by Tuesday evening.

6. Pets must be pre-approved to stay at The Woodlands Haven. An extra fee applies for pets who bring their owners with them to stay at The Woodlands Haven.
7. Please clean up after yourself.
8. Keep foods that contain sugar in sealed containers or packages
9. Do not leave any dirty dishes. Wash them or put them in the dishwasher and start it.
1. Items to NOT put in the dishwasher (wash these by hand) - anything that has:
1. Wood
2. Aluminum
3. A non-stick surface
10. Quiet time: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
11. Number of non-registered guests allowed in the home: ??
12. Please respect our home and treat it like your own.
13. Please respect our neighbors and treat them the way you would like to be treated.
14. Recreational Vehicles
1. RVs, boats, quads, jet skis, etc. must be parked in the driveway. They are not allowed to be parked at the house for longer than 48 hours at a time.
